The nominal dimensions shown can be varied to suit installation with the perimeter thickness set at 40mm

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Place PASKASEAL SRB Shower base in the nominated area. Mark the perimeter of the shower base.
- Remove shower base and check that the floor is level.
- 3- Prime the floor area.
- Measure and cut the water stop anodised aluminium angles
- Install the water stop anodised aluminium angles using Silicone. (Secure with screws if required).
- Using Polyurethane Silicone fill the sides of the water stop angles.
- Measure and cut the sheet membrane to suite the exact area of the shower base.
- Apply recommended Adhesive to bond with sheet membrane.
- Fix the sheet membrane against the adhesive to ensure that full contact is achieved with no void are present under the shower base.
- Install corner collar and bond breaker using Adhesive to wall and floor junctions.
- Adhere the Paskaseal SRB Preformed Shower Base to the sheet membrane using polymer modified cement based adhesive mixed with latex additive and 8 mm notched trowel.
- There should be a certainty the shower base has bonded.
- Using a leveller, check the level of the shower base and the falls.
- Apply polyurethane silicone prior to installing the puddle flange to ensure the area is sealed
- Install puddle flange and infill around the area using poly urethane silicone.
- Apply polyurethane silicone to wall and floor junctions.
- Apply approved membrane to wall and floor junction
